Bacon's Castle

Bacon's Castle is one of the oldest brick houses still standing in English North America, and it possesses several architectural features that have become all but extinct in this country. Flemish gables are accented by handsome triple chimneys. Bacons Castle is a rare surviving example of Jacobean architecture in America. Hours vary.
