Named for Brigadier General Thomas Lincoln Casey, the last U.S. Army chief of engineers, the park features camping, picnicking, boating, fishing, scuba diving, hiking, driftwood collection and clamming. Admiralty Head Lighthouse serves as an interpretive center within the park. The park is within Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve.
