Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park

The Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park is open May 1 through October of each year. At least three hours is needed for a complete tour. This includes the boat trip to and from the island. The park has a historical museum. The Point Park which is at a walkable distance, is the departure site for the 20-minute sternwheeler ride to the Island. Facilities for picnicking, horse-drawn wagon rides, shopping, refreshments and biking are available. The island ticket booth sells tickets for the mansion and wagon ride tours. It also serves as a first aid station.
