The Fay W Whitney School of Nursing offers excellent programs for beginning or advancing a career in nursing. The Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing is a four year program. The first two years of designated pre-requisites for the major may be taken at any accredited institution of higher learning. The nursing major of two years is on the campus in Laramie. A program for the registered nurse with an associate degree is available online and will lead to the Bachelor of Science Degree. The Master's Degree in nursing offers you two choices, family nurse practitioner or nurse educator. The nurse educator program is online.
