For over 75 seasons, the Carmel Music Society has presented to the Monterey Peninsula some of the greatest classical music artists in the world. Music lovers in the Carmel area are treated to a schedule full of virtuosity and variety. The concerts are held at Sunset Center Theater, in Carmel-by-the-Sea. However, with the renovation of Carmel's Sunset Center, the Carmel Music Society will present their program of concerts at two new venues - the Golden Bough Theater, Carmel and the Pacific Grove Middle School, Pacific Grove.
