Cooper Landing is located in
Kenai Peninsula Borough. This
Kenai Peninsula town stretches along the
Sterling Hwy for several miles after Mile 48. The town is located next to the
Kenai River which flows into the Cook Inlet. There is a 2,200 foot gravel airstrip west of town.
Cooper Landing has many fishing and guide services for the upper Kenai River as well as the nearby Russian River.
