The Albert Einstein Memorial

Located in a grove of elm and holly trees on the southwest corner of the National Academy of Sciences on Constitution Ave, is this 12-foot bronze statue of the most widely known modern physicist. In this creation by Robert Berks, Einstein is casually seated on a park bench, while at his feet much of the known universe is depicted in a 28 foot circular sky map.
