Located on Massachusettes Ave., this house is the headquarters, library and museum of the Society of the Cincinnati, which was founded in by General George Washington and the officers of the Continental Army and Navy in 1783. Displays pertain to the American Revolution. European and Oriental decorative arts also are exhibited.
Museum open Tuesday through Saturday 1pm-4pm; closed major holidays.
