National City Christian Church

Located on Thomas Circle, this church is the national cathedral of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). The neoclassical sanctuary, designed by John Russell Pope in 1930, houses one of the largest pipe organs in Washington. Open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-2pm. Organ recitals are given Thursday at 12:15pm.
