Victorian Cocoa Village is a historical delight; situated on the banks of the scenic Indian River, visitors will enjoy its antiques, art galleries, gift boutiques, restaurants, parks, and playhouses, all within old, restored downtown Cocoa, Florida.
Local Jazz and Classical musical groups provide entertainment at the Gazebo on Brevard Avenue. The Village also sponsors holiday celebrations including a New Orleans-style Mardi Gras and other special events along with several Fine Art and Craft shows during the season.
A number of homes and buildings on its tree-lined streets are listed on the National Historic Register, some dating back to the 1880s. The Village is located off Hwy 1 and Hwy 520.
