These gardens have paved paths winding through the tropical and semi-tropical plants and flowers. There are streams and ponds on the grounds and the reception center has excellent views of the island of including
Maalaea and
Kahului - Maui bays.
It is open daily 9am to 4pm and picnicking is permitted. There is a modest admission fee.
It is just to the north of Waipoli Rd on Hwy 377 past the Haleakala turnoff.
