This 50,000 acre lake offers some of the best fishing in the east as largemouth, smallmouth, striped and Kentucky bass, walleye and crappie inhabit the lake. A 250-slip marina offers boat rentals.
Accomodations include a lodge, cottages and 147 seasonal campsites. Activities available are golfing, swimming, horseback rides, hiking and birdwatching.
