Babbitt Bike and Hike Trail |
Local recreational facilities in Babbitt include a scenic and paved 2.5-mile hiking & biking trail that connects the city with the public beach on Birch Lake. Another 2.5-mile nature walk branches off the main trail, passing through the Birch Lake Plantation. Heading west on Hwy 21, a third trail leads 1.5 miles from Babbitt toward the golf course; main trailhead located at Hwy 623 & Hwy 21.
