Windsor

Windsor is located in Bertie County (of which it is the county seat) east of Rocky Mount, between Washington and Ahoskie at the junction of US Highway 13 & 17 on the banks of the Cashie River near Williamston, Plymouth, Edenton, Roanoke River National Wildlife Refuge, and the Albemarle Sound.
