Alsea River

The Alsea flows westward from its headwaters in the Coast Range Mountains, past Tidewater and into the Pacific at Waldport. The Alsea Bay Bridge carries Highway 101 across the bay.

Alsea Falls -- 25 miles south of Corvallis, these picturesque falls are on the south fork of the Alsea River. Day-use picnic facilities are available. Excellent fishing abounds in the Alsea River.
