Lara House Bed & Breakfast

A Special Experience, Not Just Another Place to Stay

A.M. Lara, a pioneer Bend, Oregon, merchant, built the Lara House in 1910. In 1983, the Lara House Bed and Breakfast, the first B&B in Bend, was established.

The house is over 5,000 square feet and is three stories tall. All of the rooms have
their own unique charm and style. On the main floor, there is a spacious living room with a large brick fireplace to curl up in front of on those cold winter nights. Off the living room is a bright and cheerful sunroom with large windows that look out over scenic grounds.

Located across from Drake Park and Mirror Pond, Lara House is two blocks from the historic part of Bend.

If you have a special request to make your stay more enjoyable, let us know.
