The museum, located on Jackson Blvd. across from post headquarters, was established in 1972 with an initial collection of 20 artifacts. Today, the collection has grown to over 3,800 pieces of military weapons, uniforms, and vehicles from World War 1 to present.(The museum hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The museum is closed weekends and all federal holidays.) Admission to the museum is free to the public.
