The Dean Annex - Jerauld County pioneer Museum is a museum of history and genealogy and features local, regional, territorial, and state historical memorabilia. The museum building is a former doctor's clinic which features an old examining room.

A member of the South Dakota Association of Museums, The Jerauld County Pioneer Museum is under the local authority of Dunham Historical Society and is open year round.
