Wallisville Heritage Park and Museum

The park has displays and artifacts relating to the Spanish Mission Nuestra Senora de la Luz and Presidio San Agustin de Ahumada, for the period 1756 to 1771. Included are vintage saddle-making tools and other hardware. Adjacent is a restored 1869 school that contains a genealogical and historical library.

Located 13 miles east of Baytown on I-10 at Trinity River, Exit 807.
