Utah State University

Founded in 1888 as a land-grant university, USU offers degree programs in the liberal arts and sciences, agriculture and natural resources, engineering, business, education, fine arts, music, family life, and the sciences.

Around 22,000 full-time undergraduates attend classes on the university's 332-acre campus. Todays students select from 230 options offered in 45 departments housed in eight colleges: Agriculture, Business, Education, Engineering, Family Life, Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, Natural Resources, and Science. When they graduate, about one in five goes on to graduate school within six months.
