Shenandoah River State Park Raymond R. 'Andy' Guest Jr.

Situated on almost 1,700 acres along six miles of shoreline, this is one of Virginia's newst state parks. The rolling, mountainous land features steep slopes and is mostly wooded. In addition to meandering river frontage, the park offers scenic vistas overlooking Massanutten Mountain to the west and Shenandoah National Park to the east. Thirty primitive and canoe-in campsites are available.
