A guided tour of the Cabot Creamery includes an informative video, which tells not only the history of Cabot Creamery, but also a little something about the agricultural history of Vermont. After the video, visitors can take a walk down the hall to actually view the award-winning cheese being made. Samples of many varieties of cheese are offered after the tour including the Worlds Best Cheddar.There is also a Cabot Annex Store in Waterbury. Visitors can sample cheeses and other Vermont specialty foods, as well as explore an assortment of wines and microbrews and select Vermont crafts. Open daily.
