Cold Hollow Cider Mill

This business is on Route 100 in Waterbury Center, seven miles south of the village of Stowe. The cider mill features a large press that operates year 'round, a cider jelly-making room, natural ingredient bakery and impressive retail store. The Connection next door is a shop. Visitors can stop by any time. An eight-minute videotape explains the process from apple harvesting to cider packaging.

Also on the premises is an exhibit depicting the long history of maple sugaring. A food and picnic area is available.
