This museum in the East Wing of the SH Knight Building displays the historical and physical geology of Wyoming through rock, mineral, and fossil displays. A brontosaurus skeleton, mounted in the museum, is thought to be one of the five in the world. Other interesting prehistoric displays include the allosaurus, tyrannosaurus, and triceratops. Admission is free. Located in Laramie.
