This park offers many recreational activities such as swimming in the region's largest outdoor swimming pool. At 120 x 80 meters, the pool holds over one million gallons of water. Best of all, the pool admission is free. Cottonwood trees that cover the park and most of Wyoming itself are the perfect shade for napping under, reading a good book, or just for getting out of the summer sun. The park also includes playground areas as well as tennis courts. For visitors who play horseshoes, there is a picnic area along the Clear Creek Trail that contains a regulation horseshoe pit. The City Park is located off Burritt & Angus, the whole area is surrounded by trees, walking paths, picnic tables and beautiful Clear Creek. Its just one block off of Buffalos Historic Main Street District! Maps are available in the Chamber of Commerce.
