Hot Springs County

Hot Springs County is a small county bordering Washakie County, Fremont County, Shoshone National Forest, and Park County. Hot Springs County contains the town of Thermopolis on Hwy 120. The county also has a state park, Hot Springs State Park, just west of Thermopolis. The Bighorn River flows from the north border from Washakie County to the south border of the county into Fremont County. The Wind River flows through the middle of the county through Thermopolis.
