Providence Canyon State Park

Located 7 miles west of Lumpkin on Highway 39C. It provides a breathtakingly beautiful panorama of 1108 acres of chasms, crevices, and canyons. The canyons are a veritable wonderland of color and form, bearing awesome silent witness to nature's unrelenting erosive assault of wind and rain on soil. In season, wild flowers bloom in rainbow splendor.
