Founded in 1898, Husson merged with the Eastern Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1982 and the New England School of Communications in 1997. Husson is located in the Central Maine city of Bangor, approximately 250 miles north of Boston and 250 miles east of Quebec City, Husson moved onto the 'new' campus in 1968. Off-campus education centers are located in Caribou, Lewiston, Augusta and South Portland.
