Hinton Oklahoma |
Hinton is a small town in northern Caddo County, west of Oklahoma City south of Interstate 40, midway between El Reno and Clinton. It is the headquarters of the Red Rock Canyon State Park which is located just south of town. The Canadian River is about 5 miles to the north. Museum buffs will be interested in the Hinton Historical Museum diplaying momentos from early pioneer days to the present.
