This road connects Fairbanks to Chena Hot Springs to Circle. It runs to the northeast for 162 miles. It is 30% paved, the rest is gravel. The road is open year round.
The main attractions are Gold Dredge No.8 and Chena Hot Springs. The road becomes narrow and winding after Central on the way to Circle Hot Springs.
